Curbside deliveries typically take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location. Inside deliveries typically take 2-3 weeks, but occasionally remote locations can be longer. However, most items arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Feel free to give us a call to find out the lead time on a specific item. Occasionally high demand new in box games are not in stock for quite some time. Games available for pre-order are clearly stated on the game specific page under &#8220;Lead Time.&#8221; Typically, we take a $500 or $1,000 refundable deposit (minus credit card fees) for pre-orders. Once the game is in stock and ready to ship, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please email us at <a href=\"mailto:service@thepinballcompany.com\">service@thepinballcompany.com<\/a> and provide your invoice number and we can put you in touch with someone locally.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"accordion-3977284259\" class=\"accordion-item\"><a id=\"accordion-3977284259-label\" href=\"#\" class=\"accordion-title plain\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"accordion-3977284259-content\"><button class=\"toggle\" aria-label=\"Toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\"><\/i><\/button><span>What is the difference between a high-end restoration and a refurbished pinball machine?<\/span><\/a><div id=\"accordion-3977284259-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-3977284259-label\">\n<p>All of our refurbished pinball machines are completely shopped out, meaning that the playfields are cleaned and waxed, all rubbers and bulbs are replaced and we do touch up work on the cabinet as needed. They are play tested to make sure everything functions 100%. See our full refurbished process at <a href=\"https:\/\/thepinballcompany.com\/pinball-refurbishing-process\/\">Pinball Refurbishing Process<\/a>. The high-end restorations are a whole new level of restoration. The cabinet gets completely sanded down to bare wood and new cabinet artwork is applied. We install a new coin door and new legs, so the cabinet looks brand new. We put in a brand new, clear coated playfield (the clear coat helps protect the playfield so that it will not wear down over time). We install all new plastics and ramps. The finished product is a machine that is even better than it was brand new, because new machines didn\u2019t come with clear coated playfields. It takes us around 2-3 months to complete one high end restoration.
